the why

mtbl was created with good intentions and a purpose. Our inspiration is pulled from real life experiences and a belief that we should all love each other and ourselves. We hope to spread positivity, encourage self love, and raise awareness surrounding mental health.

the fish

Compassionate by nature. The dreamer. The pisces is a (you guessed it) mutable sign, meaning that they can change and adapt to any scenario or situation. This sign holds qualities from literally every other sign, while holding a special ability of being so deeply intuitive and intensely perceptive. We hold the ability to hear what others might not, and see what others may have overlooked.

the moth

The most beautifully misunderstood creature. Arguably more breathtaking than even the butterfly. The moth symbolizes rebirth, transformation, and embracing new experiences. It is so important to remember that endings are just as important as beginnings in the process of self transformation. We also like to note that the moth always seeks out light, even when they are living in darkness.

mental health matters

Persons with BPD are often severely lacking personal identity and sense of self. This can be more of a super power than a setback, as we’re able to adapt to any social setting and any personality. mtbl was made to help you lean into your creative expression that’s constantly changing and updating.
